. . .and Christmas 2010 was officially a hit! I was sooooooooooooooooo excited for Bryan to open his gift that I made (with much help from my Dad). He liked it! He likes it so much that now it is a part of our living room/dining area. :) Which is okay with me, cuz I am pretty happy he likes it enough to display it! One thing Bryan enjoys is Sci-Fi. He especially likes Star Wars. He likes it enough that a few years back for Bryan's 30th Birthday, I sought out to find a replica movie poster of the Original Movie Release. Star wars was released in 1977. . .the year Bryan was born. It's cool. He also owns 3 replica FX light sabers. Those have been pretty much propped up in the corner of our closet for the last year or so. Anyways, I got a fabulous idea and my Dad helped me make it. . . .so, drum role . . . .
This shelf (and top part) holds 3 light sabers. I made the 'Star Wars' logo with my vinyl. This is a one of a kind 100% hand made!
Bryan knows me just as well as I know him. He got me the new Josh Groban CD "Illuminations" and the Lady Gaga "Fame Monster" along with a cute Harley Davidson hoodie. I LOVE hoodies!. All in all we had a very merry Christmas.
Our families both sent us nice gifts and spoiled us pretty rotten. We missed our families quite a bit. . .but sacrifices must be made sometimes in life. I should be really tired but I am not, even after getting up at 7am, my insomnia monster still keeps me up.
