Today is day ONE of 90 more to come that make up. . .P90X. I won't be posting my workout progress on this blog. . .I mean I might mention it but if you really want to follow my "transformation" and my results I will be posting on my Jamiebug workout blog Post will start tonight/tomorrow. I will post some pictures at landmark points as per the workout (every 30 days). Hopefully there will be some noticeable changes. Anyways, that's my newest endeavor. Unfortunately P90X does not recommend adding any running to the workout for at least the first 3 weeks, but cardio is replaced so I am not worried. I made a new years resolution to get 6 pack abs and I intend to accomplish that!
