Today was my pole fitness class. . . I just want to say that despite the preconceived ideas most people have about poles and dancing and etc., the class was very professional. Pretty much like a dance aerobic class. I got an excellent and fun workout. My legs are going to hurt tomorrow I am sure. Anyone who has considered it and/or talked themselves out of it should reconsider. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all in fact it's empowering! I even got brave and put on some 6" stiletto's. . . now that is a leg workout!
