I flew into Dallas, Tx this morning and was greeted with lots of kisses from Bryan :) It feels good to be back home, however it was very hard to say goodbye to all my family and friends. My niece MJ kept asking me "why do you have to leave?" and then she clung to my waste and legs when I was trying to get my luggage in the Shuttle Van. It's hard living so far from so many things I love. I feel like I miss out sometimes. BUT, life has brought us to Oklahoma and we are making it by, I am healthy, and Bry is doing what he loves . . .can't complain about that. I sometimes think I would like to move closer to home yet I am torn because living away from our families has opened many doors for both Bryan and myself, so I am okay with being happy wherever life takes us.
Importantly I got to spend 5 weeks in Idaho, rode my horse quite a bit, spent much needed time with my friends & my sister. . .had some wicked fun "Girls Nights", did some camping and enjoyed being with my parents. All in all a very good trip. I missed Bryan and as much as I wanted to stay all summer, my heart wouldn't let me. I am back where I belong.

Though I am a bit closer to my family I know what you mean. I love going "home" and seeing my mom and dad, my brother and his kids and wife. But the whole time my heart aches for Peter. It tears you apart. I give you much credit for being away for 5 weeks! I can barely make it 5 days lol!!! <3
